Privacy Policy
Version 1.0.0
This Privacy Policy explains what information AllCertify collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. Detailed retention behavior is documented in our internal data-retention documentation.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the service: your name, email address, an 18-or-older attestation, and your learning activity (courses, progress, assessment responses, completions, and credentials). We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, or learner phone numbers.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the platform: manage your account, record your learning progress and completions, issue and enable verification of credentials, send service emails you have opted into, and maintain security.
Services we use
AllCertify relies on Firebase Authentication and Google Cloud (including Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Tasks), Google Drive for instructor-supplied media import, and a transactional email provider. Instructor-supplied video is imported from Google Drive into private AllCertify storage before playback.
Public verification
Credentials are publicly verifiable by a high-entropy code. A verification page displays only credential-specific facts (holder name snapshot, credential name, source, issuer, dates, and status). It does not display your email, grades, assessments, or unrelated course history.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences, export your data, and request account deletion. Two deletion paths are available and described in the account settings.
Automated trackers
AllCertify does not install advertising pixels or behavioral marketing trackers. Only essential authentication and security cookies are used.
